Company

Two entities, one group, one workshop floor.

Contracts are signed by the trading company. The machines are built by our own works. We explain which is which, because buyers increasingly have to write it into their supplier files.

01 — Structure

A family-owned group, under common control.

The two companies are not a workaround for a regulatory requirement — a manufacturer can hold its own export registration in China. They exist because sales, contracting and export documentation work better in one place, while fabrication and quality stay on the shop floor.

Trading & export — Huayin

  • Contract, invoicing and export documentation
  • Quotation, scope definition and commercial terms
  • Customs registration as consignor / consignee
  • International sales and technical liaison
  • Installation and commissioning coordination
  • Spare parts and after-sales administration

Manufacturing — Yangzhou Xinchuang Machinery

  • Engineering, drafting and process calculations
  • Fabrication, welding, polishing and assembly
  • Pressure and leak testing, FAT
  • Material and weld documentation
  • Packing for sea freight
  • Field service and warranty execution

Both companies are held within one family and under common control: Yangzhou Xinchuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. fabricates and tests the equipment; Yangzhou Huayin Fluid International Trade Co., Ltd. contracts, exports and documents. Commercial terms and manufacturing responsibility are split as above; the technical scope is identical whichever entity signs.

02 — The works

Where the section is actually built.

Fabrication, welding, polishing, assembly and testing take place at the works of Yangzhou Xinchuang Machinery Technology Co., Ltd. in Jiangdu, Yangzhou. We do not broker equipment from other factories and put our nameplate on it — the skid you inspect is the skid you receive.

  • Fabrication — tank shells, frames, skids and pipe spools, with forming and rolling in-house.
  • Welding — automatic TIG and plasma, argon purge, weld maps retained per item.
  • Assembly & testing — skid assembly, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing, instrument calibration, FAT with product or water.
  • Inspection — customer or third-party inspection welcomed; the inspection plan is agreed before fabrication.
Factory visit & references

What a visit looks like

A half-day at the works: fabrication bays, welding and polishing stations, a skid under assembly, and a running test of a pasteuriser. We will show the material certificates for the items on the floor and the weld records for the skid being tested.

Yangzhou is about two hours by car from Shanghai Hongqiao, or forty minutes by high-speed rail to Yangzhou East. We can collect you from the station.

What we do not do

We do not manufacture filling, capping or packaging equipment, water-treatment plants, or dry-blending lines for powdered beverages. If a project needs those, they are specified and supplied by others, and we define our interface with them.

03 — Customer visits

Clients walk the floor before they sign.

Most projects start with a visit: the commercial review in the meeting room, then straight to the bays — the skid being built for you, the welds on it, the test we run before packing. Photos from recent visits to the works.

04 — How we work

Four steps, each with a document at the end.

A process section is bought on drawings and data, not on impressions. Each step closes with something you can check, approve or reject.

01

Scope & data

Product, capacity, heat treatment and utilities are fixed. Output: a written scope definition with the battery limits and a list of exclusions.

02

Proposal & layout

Equipment selection, preliminary general arrangement, utility consumption and quotation. Output: proposal with drawing, issued within 2–3 working days of complete data.

03

Fabrication & FAT

Approved drawings release fabrication. Progress photographs at agreed milestones, then a factory acceptance test. Output: FAT report and documentation set.

04

Installation & commissioning

Installation supervision, commissioning with product, operator training and handover. Output: signed commissioning report and as-built documentation.

05 — Commercial

Terms before the negotiation, not after.

Publishing the standard position saves a round of e-mails and makes offers comparable. Project-specific terms are confirmed in the proforma invoice.

Ask for the business licence, the customs registration status and the manufacturing reference — we will send all three, and tell you which company holds each.
