Certification status, stated plainly.
We do not hold a third-party ISO 9001 certificate and we do not apply a CE mark as a manufacturer. What we can hand over is more specific: material certificates, weld records, test reports and project-specific conformity documents.
- Product contact
- SS316L; SS304 non-contact
- Wall thickness
- 3 mm ≤6,000 L · 4 mm above
- Surface
- Ra ≤ 1.6 µm; 0.8 µm on request
- Welding
- 100% inspected, records issued
What we hold, and what we do not.
This table is the version we would want a buyer to read before an audit, not after one. Every line can be discussed on a call, with the underlying document.
| Item | Status | What we provide instead |
|---|---|---|
| ISO 9001 | No third-party certificate held | Quality system operated to ISO 9001 principles; certification documentation published if and when issued |
| CE marking | No CE mark applied as manufacturer | Declaration of conformity and technical file per project, to the applicable directives |
| Machinery Directive | Documented per project | 2006/42/EC, and (EU) 2023/1230 for projects delivered after 20 January 2027 |
| PED 2014/68/EU | Assessed per vessel | Design calculation and conformity route stated; notified body engaged where the category requires it |
| Material traceability | Held | EN 10204 3.1 certificates, batch-traceable to plate, tube and sheet |
| Food-contact compliance | Documented per project | GB 4806.9-2023; EU 1935/2004 and national rules; FDA 21 CFR where required |
| Customs registration | Held (consignor / consignee) | Export documentation issued under the trading entity |
Statements above are current at the time of publication. Where a project needs a certificate we do not hold, we say so before the order, not at shipment.
Why we write it this way
A buyer who needs a certificate number, an issuing body and an expiry date will ask for all three. If the answer is a logo on a website, the order is lost later and for a worse reason. Stating the position early costs us a few enquiries and saves both sides a failed audit.
Grade, thickness and finish are specified, not implied.
Product-contact surfaces are SS316L; external surfaces and non-contact parts are SS304. The grade is written into the drawing and checked against the mill certificate on receipt.
| System | 304 | 316L |
|---|---|---|
| GB/T 3280 | 0Cr18Ni9 | 00Cr17Ni14Mo2 |
| ASTM A240 | 304 / 304L | 316 / 316L |
| DIN | 1.4301 | 1.4404 |
| JIS | SUS304 | SUS316L |
Shell thickness: 3 mm up to 6,000 L, 4 mm above — the national minimum of 2 mm is treated as a floor, not a design target. Larger vessels are calculated per project.
| Grade | Ra | Method | Applied to |
|---|---|---|---|
| Mechanical polish | ≤0.8 µm | Belt / wheel | External non-contact surfaces |
| Fine polish | ≤0.4 µm | Fine polish + passivation | Product-contact internal surfaces |
| Electropolish | 0.25–0.4 µm | Electrolytic | Aseptic and high-hygiene tubing |
| Mirror | 0.1–0.2 µm | Fine electrolytic | High-viscosity and pharmaceutical-grade duties |
Standard supply is Ra ≤ 1.6 µm on product-contact surfaces. Finer grades are available on request; specify the grade and the inspected area, since both affect price and lead time.
Every weld is logged. That is the whole claim.
Hygienic equipment fails at welds and at dead corners. We weld with automatic TIG or plasma, purge with argon, form the root from one side and passivate afterwards — then inspect all of it, not a sample.
- Welding — automatic TIG / plasma, single-side welding with double-side forming, argon shielding, post-weld passivation.
- Inspection — dye penetrant, radiographic, hydrostatic and pneumatic testing as the specification requires; 100% of welds covered by the inspection plan.
- Geometry — dished or elliptical heads, quick-opening manway, breather, conical or sloped bottom to ensure complete drainage.
- Records — weld maps, inspector sign-off and test reports compiled into the handover file.

What arrives with the machine.
The documentation set is agreed in the scope, not assembled at the end. For projects with a third-party inspection requirement, the inspection plan is signed before fabrication starts.

Tell us which one — material certificate, weld record, test report, conformity route — and we will confirm whether it is available for the scope you have in mind.
