Sourcing & quotation
What information do you need to prepare a quotation?
Five things: production capacity, the liquid medium, working temperature, material requirement (SS304 or SS316L), and whether the scope includes CIP or heating/cooling. A process flow diagram shortens the exchange considerably — we can quote against your PFD and technical specification directly.
Can you build to our process flow diagram, or only to catalogue frames?
Standard frames are the starting point, not the limit. Shell diameter, jacket type, agitation, connection sizes and control logic are all set by the process data — most projects sit between two standard steps and change inside the frame accordingly.
Are you a factory or a trading company?
Both, by design. The equipment is built by our family-owned manufacturing group; sales and export run through Yangzhou Huayin Fluid International Trade Co., Ltd., which holds the customs registration and issues the export documentation. You buy factory-direct, with an export office that answers in your time zone.
Commercials
What are your payment terms?
For project equipment: 30% on order, 60% before shipment (or against copy of bill of lading), 10% within 30 days after site acceptance. Orders above USD 100,000 typically run on 30% down payment plus 70% irrevocable L/C at sight. Terms beyond these are considered for customers with an established payment record. Acceptance is defined as a jointly signed SAT record — not something one side can withhold indefinitely.
What is your warranty period?
12 months from site acceptance (SAT). Technical consultation and spare-parts support continue for the life of the equipment, not just the warranty year.
What are FAT and SAT?
FAT — factory acceptance test: every function is run in our factory before shipment, and you are welcome to attend or inspect remotely. SAT — site acceptance test after installation at your plant. Both are documented; the SAT record is what triggers the final payment and the warranty clock.
What is your delivery time?
It depends on the frame, the queue and the season — so we do not quote a universal number here. The binding delivery date is stated in the quotation and again in the contract, and material certificates are ordered against it. If your line start-up date is fixed, tell us first and we will confirm feasibility before anything else.
Delivery & commissioning
Will you send engineers for installation and commissioning?
Yes — and it is more than a site visit. Sanitary product piping, in-section power piping, electrical cabinets and PLC programming are quoted as their own line, executed by our engineers or by local labour under our supervision with remote support. Either way commissioning and operator training are ours. The alternative — a manual and video guidance — is priced separately, so nothing is discovered later.
What happens when a part fails after the warranty expires?
Spare parts are supplied at factory cost, with core sanitary pumps and valves kept in long-term stock. Nothing is discontinued because a model is old.
Equipment specifics
Which stainless steel should we choose — 304 or 316L?
SS304 for neutral products; SS316L for acidic beverages, dairy and high-corrosion media. Material certificates to EN 10204 3.1 are issued with the equipment, batch-traceable to plate, tube and sheet.
What surface finish do you supply?
Ra ≤ 1.6 µm on product-contact surfaces as standard, which meets food and beverage sanitary requirements. 0.8 µm electropolish is available on request for duties that specify it. We state the number we hold records for, not the best number in the catalogue.
Can one CIP system serve several tanks?
Yes. A CIP skid serves multiple tanks and one to four circuits through valve-matrix control, with semi-automatic and fully automatic PLC versions. The circuit design is checked at the last valve so return flow is verified everywhere — not just at the pump.
